To raise a tooth brushing effect by uniform contact between a brush and teeth by eliminating interference between the support bar of a toothbrush and the teeth, while to perform a bristle implanting work by a present working system.

A hook shape projection is arranged at one end of the support bar and the bristles are implanted in one side surface of the projection. Thus, the bristles are not directly crossed with the axis of the support bar and the support bar is not abutted onto the teeth. The two toothbrushes with this structure are made to form a U or V shape double toothbrush by connecting the end parts of the support bars at the opposite side of each projection so as to face the bristles. Accordingly, both the surfaces of the teeth are simultaneously brushed. It is preferable that one support bar has the bristles at both the ends and bent in a middle part of the support bar so as to be worked in the U or V shape. The projection is integrally molded with the support bar or engaged with the support bar to move or rotate the bristles. Even the end of a tooth in a deep part is excellently brushed by the latter toothbrush.
