Abstract:
To provide a toothbrush in which a cleaning effect can be increased and efficient brushing can be achieved.SOLUTION: A toothbrush includes a head part 4 provided with multiple planted pores 10 in a planted surface 5, in which bristle bundles 12 of bristles are implanted in the planted pores. The planted pores and the bristle bundles make multiple unit strings 15 along a longitudinal direction of the head part. The unit strings are provided by two rows across a cavity K in a width direction being parallel to the planted surface and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. In the cavity, at least a center of the width direction is opened to both sides of the longitudinal direction. The minimum distance between the adjacent hole edges in the width direction of the planted pores in the unit strings of the two rows is 1.5 mm or more and 2.5 mm or less. The minimum distance in the width direction between the hole edges is assumed W1, the maximum width in the width direction of the head part is assumed W2, and a diameter of the planted pores is assumed H, and then a value represented by (2×H+W1)/W2 is 0.62 or more and 0.84 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
