Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the bacterial plaque removing performance on interdental sections and tooth neck sections by constituting a planted hair section with a plurality of split planted hair sections, and constituting at least one of the split planted hair sections with a rockable rocking planted hair section.
CONSTITUTION: The planted hair section of a toothbrush A is constituted of four split planted hair sections. Four split planted hair sections are made of rockable rocking planted hair sections 1. Each rocking planted hair section 1 is constituted of a planted hair holder 3 fixed to the head section (a) of the toothbrush A, made of an elastic material, and having a void section 2 and a support projection 4 fixed to the head section (a) of the toothbrush A, arranged in the void section 2 of the planted hair holder 3, and supporting the central portion of the lower face of the planted hair holder 3. The planted hair holder 3 of each rocking planted hair section 1 of the toothbrush A is made of the elastic material, and each pillar section 3b can be irregularly rocked in each direction by the elastic action. The toothbrush A is fittable to various faces of teeth, and all corners of the teeth can be handily brushed while the brushing pressure is not increased.
