Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitarily usable toothbrush for easily washing and drying bristles.
SOLUTION: This toothbrush for which the bristles 2 are planted to the bristle part of a toothbrush handle 1 for forming a handle is composed of bristle pieces 3 and 3' composed of plural small pieces where the bristles 2 are respectively planted for constituting the bristle part, a deflection plate 4 for incorporating and connecting the bristle pieces 3 and 3', unfolding the bristle pieces 3 and 3' to an open state at the time of deflection and bringing the bristle pieces 3 and 3' into tight contact at the time of the horizontal, and a slider 5 capable of horizontally unfolding the deflection plate 4 deflected by elasticity. Thus, corresponding to a using state, the bristle pieces are opened or tightly gathered by the slider 5.
