Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush wherein a flexible resin section is excellent in chemical resistance, and in addition, a part or the whole of the head section can move at the time of brushing and the elasticity of the head section is excellent, and at the same time, the tips of bristles are easily fitted to the dentition.
SOLUTION: For this toothbrush, at least either one of the head section 1, a neck section 5, and a grip section is constituted of a rigid resin section 2 and the flexible resin section 3. In such a toothbrush, the flexible resin section 3 is constituted of either one of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer or its mixture, an ethylene/methyl methacrylate copolymer or its mixture and an ethylene/ acrylate/maleic anhydride terpolymer or its mixture.
