Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothed belt for conveyance which can be used without any trouble even under severe environmental temperature.
SOLUTION: This toothed belt A installed a toothed part 3 in a way to project at prescribed intervals along a longitudinal direction to the inside of a belt base body 2 in which a core wire 1 is burried, and also the surface of the toothed part 3 is convered with toothed cloth 4, and the belt base body 2 and the toothed part 3 are formed with a rubber layer 5. In this case, the rubber layer 5 forming the belt base body 2 and the toothed part 3, is formed with a rubber composition containing chloroprene rubber of crystallization resistance. The chloroprene rubber of crystallization resistance is less prone to cause crystallization, even when it is left under low temperature environment for a long time, can restrain occurrence of increase in hardness due to crystallization, and can prevent lowering of a coefficient of friction at low temperatures of the toothed belt for conveyance.
