A toothed belt 10 includes a belt body 13 integrally formed from a tooth rubber 11 arranged on one surface side and a back rubber 12 arranged on the other surface side, and a core wire 14 disposed at a boundary portion between the tooth rubber 11 and the back rubber 12. The tooth rubber 11 includes a core rubber part 17 and a tooth surface rubber part 18 disposed on the surface side of the tooth rubber 11. The surface of the tooth surface rubber part 18 has a tooth fabric 20 adhering thereto. The tooth fabric 20 is impregnated by a processing agent containing an epoxy resin, a curing agent for curing the epoxy resin, and a rubber component.
