Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the beat vibration between coupling teeth and suppress the decrease in transmitted torque due to the increase in rotational frequency, by providing an elastic member in a power transmission route between a driving member and a driven member. CONSTITUTION:When a first power transmission plate 1 movable in the axial direction is rotated slowly through an adapter 8 and electrical current flows through a magnetic coil 4 contained in a stator 3, a magnetic flux is generated and the first power transmission plate 1 is attracted toward a second power transmission plate 2. Therefore, the coupling teeth 1a, 2a are engaged with each other to transmit power to a counterpart shaft 11 through a power shaft 5. Since the elastic member 17 is provided at the intermediate part of the second power transmission plate, the beat vibration between the coupling teeth is prevented.
