Abstract:
To provide a top coat agent that exhibits a beautiful appearance of silver white, can be prepare by suppressing an increase of a friction coefficient even when heated at a high temperature, can stabilize the slidability, and can form a protective film strong and excellent in water resistance and corrosion resistance, and a coupling member having a protective film formed by using the top coat agent.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a top coat agent containing a polyoxyalkylene amine surfactant, a water-soluble modified organopolysiloxane, an aluminum flake and a diluent containing water, and a coupling member of silver white having a protective film formed using the topcoat agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
