To obtain a top coat curable resin coating material composition which can improve adhesion to metals and inorganic substrates even under such conditions of high temperatures and high moistures that are difficult to secure the conventional adhesion, further exhibits excellent adhesion to the surface of a ceramic tile while keeping the most of the designing properties of the existing tile, and improves a sense of beauty, weatherability, and resistance to staining.
The top coat curable resin coating material composition having excellent adhesion can be obtained by incorporating (B) an isocyanatosilane component and (C) an organic solvent component into (A) an organic coating material resin component. As a result, even under the conditions of high temperature and high moisture, the adhesion to metals and inorganic substrates is improved. Furthermore, the adhesion to the surface of the ceramic tile having undergone staining and deterioration can be improved while keeping the most of the designing properties of the surface of the existing tile.
