Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a top end structure for wire bone which is not exposed at its end from the envelope form without giving no damage to its fashionability by applying or spotting a hard resin to the peripheral surface of the top end, winding cloth to the top end, while the resin does not yet dry, and coating or impregnating the cloth with a flexible resin.
SOLUTION: This wire bone is coated or spotted with a hard resin 4 such as a thermosetting resin on its top end and cloth 2 is wound around the top end, while the resin does not yet dry. This cloth is coated or impregnated with a flexible resin 5 such as a thermoplastic resin to cover the top end of the wire bone 1 in a unnoticed thickness to improve its wearing feeling.
