Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the incursion of condensation liquid water occurring inside a top light into an indoor.
CONSTITUTION: In a top light equipped with a sill 4 provided along the circumferential edge of an opening 2 of a sloped roof 1 and a head 5 holding an edge of a glass material 6 together with the sill 4 framed to the upper side of the sill 4, a guide piece 11 is provided to the circumference of the sill 4 to form a channel 10 between the guide piece and glass material 6. The channel 10 and a draining hole 13 connected to the outside are provided to the lower sill 4a placed to the lowest position in the direction at right angles to the slope of the roof 1 in the sill 4.
