Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide top plate elevating type furniture including an article storage unit for storing an article such as a baggage, preventing a descending motion of a top plate from suddenly stopping due to that the article storage unit comes into contact with an external article, and increasing a degree of freedom in a shape in a lower space of the top plate.SOLUTION: Top plate elevating type furniture includes: an article mounting part 6a3 for storing an article; and a first hanging support part 6a4 and a second hanging support part 6a5 provided in each of both end positions of the article mounting part 6a3 in the horizontal direction, and hanging and supporting the article mounting part 6a3 below a top plate in a state that at least part is connected to the undersurface of the top plate. The first hanging support part 6a4 and the second hanging support part 6a5 are formed from a soft material so as to have restorability due to the action of an external force and be deformable in the vertical direction. The article mounting part 6a3 has rigidity higher than those of the first hanging support part 6a4 and the second hanging support part 6a5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
