To solve such a problem that a top spinning device with small wheels at the upper and lower ends of the axel of a top is not attractive since it is unreasonable in design even though there has been a device which is provided with guide rails for passing the top in the face of a doll or the body of a toy.

The device is characterized by being provided with a front surface board (4) consisting of the face of an animal and front leg parts, a spinning base (7) arranged on the front surface of the front surface board (4), a rear surface board (5) consisting of the back of the animal and rear lag parts and also the cylindrical guide rails (6) for the top to pass between the front surface board and the rear surface board which are to resemble the body part of the animal.
