The top has an arbor made of a magnetic material, and magnet holder bodies with built-in magnets having appropriate magnetic force are attached to the upper and lower parts of the upper and lower ends of the arbor of the top. The magnet holder bodies are fixed at appropriate positions in a top support body disposed near the top, so that the top and the top support body can be effectively formed and decorated. The top spinning device does not fall while the top is spinning or after the spinning ends.
