Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a top-tape take-up device which reduces a vibration and a noise when a top-cover tape is taken up and which can enhance the feed reliability of a chip-shaped electronic component.
CONSTITUTION: The following are installed: a lever 1 which is engaged with a take-up wheel 7 and which releases the engagement of a ratchet 5 which turns takes-up wheel 7 in one direction; and a mechanism part which restores the engagement of said ratchet 5 in the lower dead-point position of the lever 1. The ratchet 5 which is engaged with the take-up wheel 7 is constituted so as to be moved in a state that it is separated from the take-up wheel 7 by means of the lever 1.
