To reduce the scattering in sealing strength while maintaining electrification prevention effect and always make constant peeling strength and improve working efficiency, by forming an electrification prevention layer on a surface other than a lamination surface with a carrier tape.
An electrification prevention agent is uniformly applied to or sprayed onto the entire, upper surface of a base 2, thus forming an electrification prevention layer 3. On the other hand, an electrification prevention layer 5 is formed by applying or atomizing the electrification prevention agent to the lower surface of the base 2 and at least one portion of a surface other than a lamination surface with a carrier tape 6 of an adhesive layer 4. A surfactant such as an anion activator, a cation activator, an activator with both properties, and a nonionic activator is used for the material of the electrification prevention layers 3 and 5. The thickness and the surface resistance of the electrification prevention layers 3 and 5 should preferably be 0.1-0.4 μm and 107-1012 Ω/(square) respectively. In this manner, no electrification prevention agent is formed on the lamination surface with a carrier tape 6 in a top tape 1, thus improving a sealing property and obtaining a stable peeling strength.
