PURPOSE: To provide an interesting top in which a flywheel set therein can forcibly be rotated by a means different from the conventional means.

CONSTITUTION: A flywheel 46 is set in a hollow body 22 in which a rotary shaft 37 is set on the lower part and in the approximately center part, and transmitting means 52, 55 for transmitting only one-way rotation of the body 22 to the flywheel 46 are arranged between the body 22 and the flywheel 46. Moreover a transmitting means for transmitting only one-way rotation of the rotary shaft to the flywheel is disposed between the flywheel in the hollow body wherein the rotary shaft is rotatably set on the lower part and approximately in the center part and the rotary shaft.
