Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a topcoating compsn. which gives a topcoating film excellent in water repellency and weather resistance for long.
CONSTITUTION: A fluorocopolymer consisting of fluoroolefin units having no chlorine atom, isobutylene units, vinyl pivalate units, and hydroxyalkyl vinyl ether units, a melamine resin, and a blocked acid catalyst are compounded as the main components to give a topcoating compsn.
