This composition contains a therapeutically effective amount of a compound represented by the formula [R1 is H, a 1-12C alkyl, a 1-12C acyl, a 3-8C cycloalkyl, etc.; R2 and R3 are each H or a 1-5C alkyl; X is O, S or CH2; the overlapped part of the solid line and the broken line is a single bond or a cis-trans double bond for an α chain (upper chain) and a single bond or a trans double bond for an ω chain (lower chain); R9 and R11 are each H, a 1-10C alkyl or a 1-10C acyl; Y is O, H, OR15 (R15 is H or a 1-10C alkyl), etc.; Z is Cl or CF3], preferably selected from 3-oxacloprostenol, 13,14- dihydrofluprostenol and pharmaceutically permissible esters and salts thereof. The concentration of the compound is preferably about 0.00003 to about 3wt.%.
