Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing method causing no effect due to printing plate defects on a transfer pattern even when there exist printing plate defects in a stripe pattern of a letterpress for printing, in transferring an organic light emitting material on a substrate using a letterpress printing method.SOLUTION: In a method for forming an ink pattern, when an ink pattern on a letterpress 8 for printing attached to a plate cylinder 7 is transferred on a substrate 2 travelling at a predetermined speed on a stage by bringing the letterpress 8 into contact with the substrate 2 while rotating the letterpress 8, the rotational speed of the plate cylinder is set to be higher than the travelling speed of the substrate.
