Title:
TOROIDAL INFINITE VARIABLE-SPEED MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3758149
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toroidal infinite variable-speed machine by which build-in work can be carried out easily, and decline in service life can be prevented.
SOLUTION: This toroidal infinite variable-speed machine is provided with an input axis 1 to which rotational force is input, an input disc 2 of which the movement to the side of a back face is provided by being directly brought into contact with a loading nut 9 from the side of the back face, and also made to rotate integrally with the input axis 1 and an output disc 3 supported on the input axis 1 via a cage and roller 5, and also to which the rotational force of the input disc 2 is transmitted via a power roller 11. By forming the tapered portion 1c, in a such manner that the wall thickness is gradually diminished going toward an inserting direction in the input axis 1 in the outer peripheral face 1a of the input axis 1, a tapered portion 2e formed on an inner peripheral face 2c in an input disc 2 is fitted into this tapered portion 1c.
