Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toroidal-type continuously variable transmission which can easily reduce costs at volume production.SOLUTION: Since a spherical ring 30a of an inclined-rotation bearing 30 which supports a pivot 14 of a trunnion 15 and a spherical ring 71 which constitutes a spherical part of a post 70 which supports a yoke 23A so as to be oscillatory have the same dimensions in diameters, members as the spherical rings can be communized, and as a result, costs at the volume production of a toroidal-type continuously variable transmission can be easily reduced.
