A driving friction plate 14 is housed in a fitting hole 13 of a right end face of the turning operation knob 13, and a driving friction engagement face 14c of the driving friction plate 14 is contacted on a driven friction engagement face 16e of a driven friction member 16 screwed on a male screw part 12a. A coil spring 18 is interposed between the turning operation knob 13, and the driving friction plate 14, and the driving friction plate 14 is energized to a driven friction member 16 side. A one-way clutch 21 is interposed between the shaft part 12b of the bolt body 12, and a housing hole 13f of the turning operation knob 13.
