Abstract:
To provide a torque amplifier capable of smoothly rotating the output shaft while the input torque is emitted upon being amplified efficiently.
The input torque is passed through a first amplifying path 100 and a second amplifying path 200 to undergo amplification alternately and emitted, in which changing-over of the input torque is attained by turning on and off electromagnetic clutches CL1 and CL2 on the basis of the rotating angle of an auxiliary input shaft 15 sensed by an input angle sensing means 90.
