Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide one function in relation to a wheel nut for restricting the magnitude of deformation of a wheel sheet, and for restricting a torque angle in the case of assembly.
SOLUTION: A wheel nut 10 includes a main body 12 having a vertical shaft 14, and the main body 12 is provided with an opening part with a thread screw facing an axial direction. One end part is formed in a circular cone shaped outer surface 22, and the other end is provided with a flat part 24 for a spanner so as to easily transmit torque force to the nut main body 12. A wheel 26 is provided with a nut seat surface 36 manufactured for housing the circular cone shaped outer surface 22, and increasing fastening force is applied on the wheel 26 at the seat according to the torque force applied on the wheel nut 10. On a flange 38, a stop surface 40 is formed, which is engaged with the wheel 26 before deformation of a wheel nut seat is generated by the wheel nut 10, in the case where the wheel nut is advanced.
