To provide a torque-angle wrench which is smaller and more accurate than a conventional tool using a spinning gyroscope and has a longer lifetime.
The torque-angle wrench (100) has a fixing tool, namely, a handle (104) for adding torque to a bolt with a fastening angle at certain rotary angular velocity. A piezoelectric gyroscope sensor device (102) including a circuit for vibrating an oscillation body is connected to the wrench. When the wrench is rotated with a fastening angle, the oscillation body changes its oscillation direction at the angular velocity. A new oscillation pattern is detected with a suitable detection circuit, and is converted into an electrical signal in proportion to strength at the rotary angular velocity of the wrench. The electrical signal provides a visual display indicating a fastening angle by being electronically processed with a suitable conversion and display circuit. The conversion and display circuit becomes a part of an adapter-combined type measuring instrument integrated with the wrench or connected with the sensor device without being integrated together.
