To provide a torque cam device capable of generating sufficient thrust even if there is the changeover of a driving state, and to provide a belt-type continuously variable transmission.
The torque cam device has a first cam device 71 comprising an input side driving cam member 73 and an output side driving cam member 74; a second cam device 72 comprising an input side driven cam member 76 and an output side driven cam member 75 formed integrally with the input side driving cam member 73, and supporting the input side driven cam member 76 movably in an axial direction to the output side driven cam member 75; and a cam oil chamber 77 which is an actuator for bringing the input side driven cam member 76 into contact with the output side driven cam member 75. Cam pressing force of pressing the input side driven cam member 76 in one direction out of the axial direction is controlled through oil pressure of the cam oil chamber 77.
