Title:
TORQUE CONVERTER TESTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10232178
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To reduce time and labor in test by mounting one end of a test arm to the upper end of an input shaft in the test of a torque meter for the input shaft, while providing a fixed bracket and provided a force applying section having a measuring part on a carrying conveyer.

In the test of a torque meter for an input shaft are fixed one end of the torque meter, removed a drive plate and a center boss, mounted one end of a test arm 40 through a pallet jig 39 to a connecting shaft 30 and mounted a force applying section 43 to a carrying conveyer 68 near the other end of the test arm 40. A forcing part pushes horizontally the tip of the test arm 40 by pushing out an adjusting screw to generate torque in a torque meter through the test arm 40. How much force is applied is detected by a digital force gauge. The torque is detected by the detected value and a distance from the center. The torque meter can be tested by comparing these detecting values.
