The inside damper spring 146 is arranged in a void on the inner periphery side of a turbine runner 106A constituting the turbine 106 and a coupled portion 107 between the turbine runner 106A and a turbine hub 106B is arranged on the outer periphery side beyond the inside damper spring 146. The inside damper spring 146 possible to interfere with the turbine hub 106B is stored in a window provided for the turbine hub 106B.
