The rotatable member 42 includes a peripheral side member 31 including a blade 32 and having a first connection part 33 on an inner peripheral side, and an inner peripheral side member 35 made of material having higher strength than that of the peripheral side member and having a second connection part 36 connected to the first connection part 33 on its peripheral side. A connecting part 34 between the first connection part 33 and the second connection part 36 is arranged, in its radial position, on a father peripheral side of a predetermined position 12c and on a farther inner peripheral side of an innermost circumferential position in a torus area 28, and the axial thickness t2 of the inner peripheral side member 35 in a predetermined position on the farther inner peripheral side of the connection part 34 is formed thinner than the axial thickness t1 thereof in the connection part 34.
