PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a restriction member for restricting warping of each coil spring by surely holding both ends of each of first and second coil springs, and to prevent friction of each coil spring with the other matter.SOLUTION: A first spring holding member 32 having a first spring seat 32b, a second spring holding member 33 having a second spring seat 33b opposed to the first spring seat 32b through driving and driven claws 30, 31 and a third spring holding member 34 having a third spring seat 34b disposed between the opposed first and second spring seats 32b, 33b are disposed coaxially with a clutch piston 25, first and third connection shafts 35, 37 are projected from opposed faces of the first and third spring seats 32b, 34b, second and forth connection shafts 36, 38 are projected from opposed faces of the second and third spring seats 33b, 34b, a close-contact winding portion 41a of the first coil spring 41 is press-fitted to outer peripheral faces of the first and third connection shafts 35, 37, and a close-contact winding portion 42a of the second coil spring 42 is press-fitted to outer peripheral faces of the second and forth connection shafts 36, 38.
