Abstract:
To provide a torque fluctuation absorber capable of improving vibration attenuation performance and making the entire device compact, while reducing the number of components and suppressing an increase in cost.SOLUTION: A torque fluctuation absorber absorbing torque fluctuations between an engine and an input shaft of a transmission, includes: a damper mechanism that includes an input element coupled to an output shaft of the engine, an output element, and an elastic body transmitting torque between the input element and the output element; and a limiter mechanism that has a first friction engagement plate spline-fitted with an inner peripheral portion of the output element of the damper mechanism, a second friction engagement plate spline-fitted with an outer peripheral portion of the input shaft of the transmission, and an energizing member that energizes the first friction engagement plate and the second friction engagement plate so as to friction-engage with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
