To provide a torque fluctuation absorbing device with a torque limiting function having improved torsional performance and damping performance by arranging a damper part on the outer periphery.
The torque fluctuation absorbing device 1 comprises the damper part 2 , a limiter part 3 and a hysteresis part 4 provided in a power transmission passage from a flywheel 53 to an inner periphery hub member 11. The damper part 2, the limiter part 3 and the hysteresis part 4 are arranged in sequence from the outer periphery side. The damper part 2 has disc plates 51, 52, an outer periphery hub member 41, and a coil spring 49 for damping vibration with the rotation of the disc plates 51, 52 relative to the outer periphery hub member 41, as structural components. The disc plates 51, 52 are integrally fixed to a portion near the outer peripheral end of the flywheel 53 with bolts 54.
