Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque inspection device for a fastening tool which can suppress over rotation of a tightening tool during tightening inspection.SOLUTION: A torque inspection device 1 includes: a socket 11 for rotating a fastening tool 21 which is fastened to a work-piece 20; an angle measurement instrument 12 for measuring an angle of the socket 11; a fastening shaft 13 which is connected to the socket 11 and rotates the socket; a torque measurement instrument 14 for measuring a torque given onto the fastening shaft 13; and an operation part 16 which determines that the fastening torque is proper from a peak torque which is a largest torque measured by the torque measurement instrument and a peak angle which is an angle of the socket when the peak torque is generated, in the case that a difference between the angle of the socket and the peak angle before tightening inspection is lower than a threshold of a predetermined angle and the peak angle is larger than a threshold of a predetermined torque.
