Abstract:
To provide a torque limiter capable of preventing thrust force from being induced and lubricants from leaking while accelerating heat liberation without hindering compactification of the torque limiter.
The torque limiter is composed of an inner wheel 11, an outer wheel 12 fitted relatively and rotatably in the inner wheel 11 and a coil spring 13 depressed with elasticity in an extended diameter direction to the inter diameter face of the outer wheel 12, and in the torque limiter in which both ends of the coil spring 13 are engaged with the inner wheel 11, the coil springs 13a, 13b whose numbers are identical but winding directions are different as the coil spring 13 are arranged and constituted in contact in the axis direction.
