The case 2 has a shape with which one or more magnets 3 can be fitted in, attached to, and stored in the case, while the disk 5 is a magnetic body. Therefore, when the disk 5 is positioned around the magnets 3 across the wear resistant member 4, the rotational motion of the disk 5 is transmitted to the case 2 with the magnets 3 fixed.
