Abstract:

To enable reduction of wear of an inner ring member, and reduce cost.

A friction pad 13 and the outer periphery of an inner ring member 12 are fastened by a coil spring 15 from an outer surface of a housing 14 having on an inner surface the friction pad 13 contacting with the outer periphery of the inner ring member 12. When torque between the inner ring member 12 and the housing 14 is a predetermined value or less, the torque is transmitted between the inner ring member 12 and the housing 14 without slipping the outer periphery of the inner ring member 12 and the friction pad 13, and when the torque between the inner ring member 12 and the housing 14 exceeds the predetermined value, the transmission of the torque between the inner ring member 12 and the housing 14 is cut off by slipping the outer periphery of the inner ring member 12 and the friction pad 13.
