Abstract:
To provide a new torque limiter in which a flange portion formed on an outer peripheral surface of an inner ring can sufficiently easily overcome an engaging portion formed on an inner peripheral surface of an outer ring, when inserting the inner ring in the inside of the outer ring.SOLUTION: An outer ring 8 is provided with an opening portion 38 corresponding to an engaging portion 34 and penetrating in a diametrical direction. On the inner side of the opening portion 38, a projecting piece 40 is arranged, which projects out in an axial direction from an inner peripheral edge of the outer ring 8 regulating the opening portion 38.
