Title:
TORQUE-MEASURING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3897073
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly measure a torque by arranging a torque-converting machine and setting an intermediate block in a torque-measuring apparatus which drives a chuck by a hydraulic pressure or the like.
SOLUTION: In the torque-measuring apparatus, an electric motor 1, a driving shaft 2, a torque-converting machine 3, hydraulic chucks 4, 5 and a supporting body 6 for supporting the hydraulic chuck 5 are arranged. An intermediate block 11 is mounted to the driving shaft 2. The intermediate block 11 and a hydraulic pressure source 12 are connected by a primary hydraulic piping 13. An operating oil supplied from the hydraulic pressure source 12 once enters an oil passage (oil chamber) of the intermediate block 11. The operating oil entering the intermediate block 11 is supplied to the hydraulic chuck 4 via a secondary hydraulic piping 14. A tension generated at the primary hydraulic piping 13 is canceled at the intermediate block 11, and moreover the secondary hydraulic piping 14 is formed in a loop, so that a pressure change and a minute angle change of the operating oil in the secondary hydraulic piping 14 are not transmitted to the hydraulic chuck 4.
