Title:
TORQUE SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012194143
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a torque sensor capable of preventing a ring magnet from falling off from a back yoke.

The torque sensor 40 detects a torque which acts on a torsion bar 12 in accordance with the density of magnetic flux guided to a rotational magnetic circuit part 60 fixed to a second shaft 13 from a magnetic generation part 50 fixed to a first shaft 11. The magnetic generation part 50 includes: a back yoke 51 outwardly fitted to the first shaft 11; an annular protrusion 51B protruded and formed on the end surface of the back yoke 51; an annular ring magnet 52 provided on the end surface of the back yoke 51 so as to have a predetermined space d between the protrusion 51B; a first recess 51D provided on the side surface facing the ring magnet 52 of the protrusion 51B; a second recess 52A provided on the side surface facing the protrusion 51B of the ring magnet 52; and a main adhesion part 53 which is provided over the space d, the first recess 51D, and the second recess 52A and adheres the back yoke 51 and the ring magnet 52.
