Abstract:
To reduce costs while guaranteeing resolution.SOLUTION: A torque sensor is equipped with a sensor portion, an elastic body, and a detecting portion. The sensor portion detects a rotary position in an annular first area located at a first distance from a rotary center, and a rotary position in annular second area located at a second distance longer than the first distance from the rotary center, of an output portion that is a rotator of an actuator. The elastic body is provided between the first area and the second area. The detecting portion detects torque applied on the output portion on the basis of a detection result of the sensor portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
