A torque transmitter comprises a pressure chamber 70 expanding by receiving press-fed oil and moving a movable portion 59, a pump 71 press-feeding oil to the pressure chamber 70 with relative rotation and increasing engaging force between the movable portion 59 and an inner shaft 37 to a rotary direction in proportion to oil pressure, a cam means 105 urging and moving the movable portion 59 to an axial direction of a rotary shaft so as to enlarge the pressure chamber 70 in proportion to a rotating deviation while the movable portion 59 and a coupling case 35 are engaged with each other to a rotary direction, a pressure receiving portion 117 receiving movement of the movable portion 59 to an axial direction of the rotary shaft, and a multi-plate clutch 119 increasing frictional engaging force between the coupling case 35 and the inner shaft 37 in proportion to pressure applied to the pressure receiving portion 117.
