Abstract:
To restrain a damper member when a pulley with a damper is in a resonance frequency from being excessively deformed in both directions, and to enhance durability.
A torque transmitting member is configured so as to connect an inner hub 32 with an outer hub 50 by a rubber-like elastic member 70 (damper member) and to provide in parallel with these components a disengaged sprag type one-way clutch 76 which directly couples the inner hub 32 and the outer hub 50 to each other if the number of rotations is smaller than a predetermined value and releases the direct coupling of the inner hub 32 and the outer hub 50 if the number of rotations is larger than the predetermined value.
