Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsion beam type suspension or the like provided with a trailing arm capable of naturally discharging rainwater or dusts that have entered the trailing arm configured to be hollow in a 1G state.SOLUTION: This torsion beam type suspension is provided with: a trailing arm which is hollow in section and in which left and right constitute a pair; and a torsion beam that is fixed at one end and the other end to the trailing arm. The trailing arm is provided with, at one end, an opening that is connected to the hollow part. The shape of the bottom surface of the trailing arm is provided with a slope inclined downward from the other end to the opening in a 1G state. The slope functions as a path for guiding water entered inside to the opening. The opening functions as a discharge hole for discharging the water from the trailing arm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
