Abstract:
To provide a torsion beam capable of reducing residual stress that occurs in the torsion beam during crushing molding by eliminating the necessity of after-treatment and after-molding on the torsion beam after crushing molding while securing moldability of the torsion beam.SOLUTION: A torsion beam 1 includes first outer compound shape parts 14, 16 which are constructed by connection of a crushed cross section to a first outer intermediate part 12 positioned in an innermost part on a negative direction side of a third axis orthogonal to an axis of extension and a second axis on a positive direction side of the second axis orthogonal to the axis of extension and continuity of a plurality of curved shapes only or continuity of curved shapes and flat shapes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
