Abstract:
To provide a torsional damper having a structure which enables reduction of torsional vibration and flexural vibration while maintaining the appearance.SOLUTION: A torsional damper 100 includes: a hub 10 fixed to a rotary shaft (crank shaft 61); a ring shaped vibration ring 30 disposed along an outer periphery of the hub 10; and a ring shaped elastic body 20 disposed between the vibration ring 30 and the hub 10. Entire parts of embedded parts 50, which are formed of a material having a specific gravity different from that of the vibration ring 30, are embedded in a specific portion as seen in a circumferential direction of the vibration ring 30 to adjust a natural frequency of the torsional damper 100 in a bending direction of the rotary shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
