To suppress increase of machining cost and weight increase of a device in regard to a torsional vibration damping device.
The device includes an input side rotary member 22 annularly and serially housing a plurality of spring members 24 in a plurality of spring support parts, and an output side rotary member 23 coaxially disposed facing the input side rotary member 22 and equipped with a spring member compressing part compressing the spring member 24 in between the spring support part, and torsional vibration is absorbed by elasticity of the spring members 24 during torque transmission between the input side rotary member 22 and the output side rotary member 23. It is equipped in the input side rotary member 22 with an intermediate member 25 comprising a plurality of ratchet parts 25a formed with inner circumference regulating members 22f regulating radial movement of the spring members 24 in their inner circumference sides and interposed between the spring members 24, and circular connecting parts 25b connecting the ratchet parts 25a and regulating radial movement of the spring members 24 in their outer circumference sides.
