Abstract:
To provide simple and low-cost measurement means with which, when measuring the torsional vibration of a revolving shaft system, it is possible to eliminate the effect of a difference in mark attachment angle of a toothed gear or a difference in pitch.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a detector for detecting the passage of one revolution speed mark formed on a component constituting a revolution shaft system and a plurality of interval marks formed, with an interval therebetween, along the direction of rotation of the component, and dispatching a detection signal; a revolution speed counter for counting one rotation time (To) form the detection signal that corresponds to the revolution speed mark; an interval counter for counting a mark interval time (Tpn) from the detection signal that corresponds to each of the plurality of interval marks; a divider for calculating a first ratio that is the ratio of the one rotation time (To) to the mark interval time (Tpn); a storage for storing the first ratio, as a reference ratio, that is calculated when the revolving shaft system is in a reference state; and a determiner for finding a second ratio that is the ratio of the first ratio to the reference ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
