To solve the problem that the end outer periphery side of a spring is rubbed against the outer periphery side wall face of an extending portion and worn when a spring storage window extends at its both-end outer periphery sides to form a greater torsional angle.
Both ends of the spring storage windows 6a, 9a of a pair of retainer plate 6 and hub flange 9 are widened by θ. The hub flange 9 has a main circular portion 9d which is formed at a portion of the outer periphery side wall face of the spring storage window 9a corresponding to the length of the spring 10, which is circular with a reference point P as a center offset outside from the axial center of the hub flange 9, and which passes through a corresponding point T corresponding to the end outer periphery side of the spring 10, and a sub circular portion 9e which is formed in a range from the corresponding point T to a spring supporting portion 9c, located on the outer periphery side beyond a circular arc extending from the main circular portion 9d, and passes through the corresponding point T.
